Amounts, schedules and provider details must be finalized and reviewed before payment links go live.
Individual courses and workshops
Registration is confirmed after successful payment through the approved hosted checkout or after verified receipt of an accepted alternative payment method.
Corporate and government clients
Organizational engagements may require an approved proposal, purchase order, deposit or signed agreement. Payment milestones and due dates will be stated on the applicable invoice or contract.
Deposits and balances
Where a deposit is required, delivery dates may be reserved only after receipt. Remaining balances are due according to the written proposal or invoice.
Payment security
Credit and debit card payments should be handled by approved third-party providers. Do not send card details by email or through general inquiry forms.
